(1) At least twenty-five percent of the annual income earned by the consumer group according to the action plan should be spent on forest development, protection and management, and at least fifty percent of the remaining amount should be spent on poverty reduction, women empowerment and enterprise development in coordination with the relevant local level.
(2) The remaining amount spent as per sub-section (1) shall be used for the benefit of the consumer group.
